The image needs two important distinctions: Vatorex uses heated-comb technology, rather than a whole-hive circulated-air heater, and ThermaHive V1 is sold out while V2 is a $749.99 preorder with the manufacturer estimating shipment by January 2027. Mite Defender entries describe a prototype. Do not compare laboratory brood mortality, adult-bee mite-wash changes and whole-season colony outcomes as if they were the same endpoint.
